Rumours have been circulating for a while now about the Xbox Live Games service for mobile phones; however, some leaked internal marketing material published here pretty much confirms it. We contacted Microsoft in an effort to get more information and it supplied this statement: “Microsoft’s focus is on Windows phones and experiences in market today, and we’re not discussing future versions. In general, we’re always looking for ways to build on our strengths across the company to deliver great new mobile experiences to customers.”

So, not quite a ‘no comment’, but hardly brimming with details either. Anyway, if the service does exist, will it only be available to mobile phones that run the Windows operating system, or across the board?
