Batman Arkham Asylum was one of Eidos Interactive's (now Square Enix Europe's) most successful games in years. Warner Bros. owns the rights to the property though, and they're cutting in on the sequel.

Warner Bros. has announced that they will be publishing Arkham Aslyum 2 worldwide, seemingly dropping Square Enix Europe from the deal entirely. Eidos and Warner Bros. worked together to publish the first game.
