Tim Schafer and company have been pretty cagey in interviews when it comes to downloadable content for Brutal Legend, but now they're ready to spill the beans; a pair of new multiplayer maps are on the way for Double Fine Productions' metal-worshipping videogame.
Available on Xbox Live next Tuesday, November 3 and on the PlayStation Store that Thursday, November 5, this two-pack of maps includes a watery stage called the Circle of Tears, as well as a frozen battlefield by the name of Death's Fjord. Those who download these maps will also unlock a special axe: The Blade of Ormagöden.
PlayStation 3 owners will have free access to the DLC until November 19, after which they'll have to pay $4.99 for the maps. Anyone who bought Brutal Legend on the Xbox 360 will unfortunately have to pay 400 Microsoft points from the get-go.
