World of Warcraft has received its 'Fall of the Lich King' update, but Blizzard haven't exactly swung open the dungeon doors to Arthas quite yet.
In fact Blizzard are opening the Icecrown Citadel instance section by section, which could see the Lich King open to player raids in April?
